• We provide the delegates with much-needed skills that help them to design and conduct collaborative meetings while leading teams toward higher maturity levels, more effective results, and self-organisation with OKRs

OKR Writing techniques

• OKRs that follow standard patterns and writing techniques help to create consistency and ease of understanding across the organisation. We help the delegates to become proficient in this use.

Leading teams using OKRs

• All organisations are unique and have different ways of creating strategy. We teach a few common techniques such as North Star Metrics and Impact mapping to support OKR creation.

OKR Operations

• What are OKR cycles, what events take place in the OKR cycles and how do you arrange them? We spend time with the delegates to outline the various OKR operations, events and how to make them effective and enjoyable. We help the delegates to build an OKR operating model so they can support the organisation better.

OKR Critical thinking

• The fun part. We provide the delegates with multiple OKR scenarios and case studies to help them work together as a group to put all of the techniques and practices taught in the course to practical application. Supported by the expert trainers and coaches these exercise help develop critical thinking skills in a safe learning environment.
